These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Diversified Machining & Welding’s (“DMW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, services, and any related work performed. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services

3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary depending on material changes, additional labor, unforeseen conditions, or modifications requested by the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Project Timelines
DMW strives to meet all agreed deadlines; however, timelines may be affected by material availability, design changes, safety requirements, or external factors beyond our control. Rush or emergency services may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate drawings, measurements, specifications, and any relevant project details. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines and pricing.
6. Safety & Compliance
DMW follows strict safety, quality, and industry standards. All work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations. Clients must ensure that any on‑site work areas are safe, accessible, and compliant with safety requirements.
7. Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms will be outlined in the project estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required before work begins. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.
8. Warranty & Quality Assurance
DMW guarantees that all work is performed with professional workmanship and meets agreed specifications. Warranty coverage applies only to the work performed and does not extend to misuse, improper installation, or modifications made by third parties.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to the project scope must be submitted in writing and approved by DMW. Cancellations may result in charges for labor, materials, or work already completed.
10. Liability Limitations
DMW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, equipment failure, or client‑provided specifications. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and technical documents created by DMW remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Confidentiality
